FAQs

General FAQs

Q: Who do I contact for support or more questions?
A: You can SMS/WhatsApp or call Eleni on 0414 68 78 38, or email us at hello@pianoglory.com.au. She'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Are you based in Australia?
A: Yes — we're based in Sydney. Piano Glory is a 100% online store. If you need to mail us, our address is:
Suite 903, 50 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Q: Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
A: Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale pricing and volume orders.

Q: Are you behind the YouTube channel UniversalPiano?
A: Yes — UniversalPiano is our performance and tutorial brand across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Piano Glory is our dedicated store brand. We run both.

Q: I found you on YouTube — do you sell MIDI files?
A: We offer sheet music and MIDI files for select covers. Please check the YouTube video description for availability and links.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship from Sydney using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You can check estimated delivery times using the Australia Post Calculator (enter “2000” as the From suburb). We offer both standard and express options.
👉 See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment — but international shipping is coming soon!

Folder FAQs

Q: Will there be other folder versions (e.g. all-black, other instruments)?
A: Yes — an all-black version is in the works and will be available in the coming months.

Q: Can I write on the plastic sleeves?
A: No need to! The folder is designed so you insert the paper into the sleeve and write directly on the sheet music with a pencil — no special markers required.

Q: Do I need a special pen to annotate?
A: Not at all — a regular pencil works perfectly. The folder protects your music and makes note-taking simple.

Sticker FAQs

Q: Will the stickers damage my piano or leave residue?
A: We’ve never seen them cause damage or leave residue in years of use — but every piano finish is unique. To be safe, we recommend testing a sticker on a small, hidden spot first.
